My bio

I am Kathryn Lewis, a Senior Transformation Leader and former Partner at a Management Consultancy firm with two decades of experience leading large-scale, complex change programmes in healthcare, higher education, government, and global corporates. My expertise spans end-to-end transformation—from policy development, strategy and business case development to target operating model design and technology enablement, including AI and digital platforms.

Alongside my leadership career, I am also a published writer and musician with a MA in Writing for Stage and Broadcast Media. My creative work includes libretti, stage plays, radio dramas, and novels, exploring themes of identity, technology, and human connection.

My unique dual perspective enables me to bridge the analytical and the creative, helping clients not only execute strategic initiatives but also tell compelling stories that engage stakeholders at every level.

    - Advising C-suite executives on corporate narrative, change management, and technology enablement

    I am a professional writer with experience in creative and commercial writing genres including: libretti, stage plays, radio dramas, screenplays, short stories, and novels. Notable works include:

    - Librettist for a Royal Opera House commissioned opera, "Angie and Craig"

    - Long-listed novel "On Loss and Identity" developed through The London Library Emerging Writers Programme

    - Essays and thought leadership on data, identity, and society, such as “Is Data Failing Us?” submitted to the Nine Dots Prize

    I also provide commercial writing services, including policy papers, newsletters, training guides, and content development.
