My curiosity drives me to make sense of the world and help people and organisations prosper. I write, consultant and coach.
My work sits at the meeting point of creativity and practical change. I’m interested in how stories, systems and relationships shape the way we live, work and make meaning. I’m interested in how we use tools and technologies to improve our lives and the world we live in.
Across writing, consulting and coaching, I look for what is true, what is useful and what might help people and organisations flourish. My approach is thoughtful, human and grounded in a desire to make life clearer, better and more alive.
My bio
I am a writer and musician with a MA in Writing for Stage and Broadcast Media. My creative work includes libretti, stage plays, radio dramas, and novels, exploring themes of identity, technology, and human connection.
I’ve spent the last 20 years helping transform organisations as a Management Consultant. I typically bridge the gap between business areas and technology, helping people to get the best out of technology systems. My experience is from policy development through to implementation and my preferred work is the development of strategic narratives. I’ve worked with large FTSE 100 corporates, the NHS, Universities in the UK, US and Europe and retail.
